1. Products
We describe products and their colors as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration, and screens and colors may look slightly different on your device. Features that depend on the companion phone app (such as AI translation) need a compatible smartphone and an internet connection.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a price was clearly wrong, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
3. Shipping, returns and package protection
Our Shipping and returns terms are part of these terms.
4. Use of the product
The camera records photos, video and audio. You are responsible for using it lawfully: follow local laws on recording people and do not record where it is not allowed. Do not use it in a way that takes your attention away from traffic. Keep the volume at a safe level.
5. Warranty and liability
If a product is faulty when it arrives, our returns terms apply. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images) belongs to Kimovo or its licensors. You may not reuse it without permission.
