Shipping and returns
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Our fulfillment partner ships every order from its warehouses, with tracking.
Options and delivery times
- Free Standard Shipping: $0. Arrives in 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: $3. Packed first, arrives in 3-5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas, customs checks, public holidays and peak seasons can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received the tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email numanshopify2006@gmail.com.
Customs, duties and taxes
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on deliveries. Our prices do not include them. If any apply, the carrier collects them from you, and they are your responsibility.
Package Protection ($3, optional)
You can add Package Protection in your cart for $3. If a protected parcel is lost in transit, stolen after the carrier marks it delivered, or arrives damaged, we send a free replacement or refund the item price. Email numanshopify2006@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We handle protected claims first and do not ask you to file a claim with the carrier. Package Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It does not cover a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Without Package Protection, we still deal with parcels the carrier loses before delivery, as the law requires. Theft after delivery is not covered.
Address changes
Need to fix your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email numanshopify2006@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before we reply: we will tell you where to send them. Items sent back without asking first cannot be accepted.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges (for example, Express Shipping or Package Protection) are not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. How quickly it shows on your statement depends on your bank.

Want a different color? Return the item as above and place a new order.
